As with any business, the strength of an engineering firm is derived from the quality and caliber of its employees. The primary advantages AFA offers its clients are the technical skills and continuity of our design staff. AFA has one of the most talented pools of graduate and Professional Consulting Engineers in the Bluegrass area, and a very low employee turnover rate. We recruit college graduate engineers for their technical aptitude and provide continuing education through mentoring and formal technical seminars given by local professional and civic organizations, and to eventually become licensed Professional Engineers.
